Driving License Verification

Requirements

Applicant needs to provide following documents for Driving License Verification application processing:

• Original valid driving license issued by a Driving Licensing Authority of Pakistan.
• Fill up the required Driving License Form

(Please fill up the form with the data provided on the driving license only. In case of any difference between particulars mentioned in the driving license and Pakistani passport, fill up the form according to particulars mentioned in the driving license and give a separate note regarding to the change particulars mentioned in Pakistani passport at the right bottom corner of the form on blank space.

Fee

CAD $50/- is charged for verification. Fee is non-refundable.

Note

The applicants are required to pay the consular fee through Debit Card at the relevant counter or Bank Draft in the name of Consulate General of Pakistan.

Requirements of Police Verification Report

A. Address of Sind, KP, AJK & GB

• Original application of the applicant duly signed and dated.
• Period of stay in Pakistan.
• Three sets of photographs for issuance of Original Police Clearance Certificate.
• Clear copies of Pakistani passport and CNIC / NICOP

B. Address of Punjab, Baluchistan & Islamabad

• Valid, Original CNIC / NICOP and Pakistan / Foreign Passport along with its photocopies.
• Period of stay in Pakistan.

(Application Forms & Photographs are not required due to online system of Punjab, Baluchistan & Islamabad)

Fee for processing PCC is 50 C$. Fee is non refundable. Applicants are required to pay consular fee through Debit Card at the relevant counter or Bank Draft in the name of the Consulate General of Pakistan.
