The Consulate General of Pakistan Toronto provides the following NADRA services:
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) office, Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, Canada have been authorized to provide National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) to Pakistani Diaspora.

Family Registration Certificate is issued to applicants which shows family composition of the applicant (by birth or by marriage) registered with National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
If a person is not registered in NADRA and does not hold 13 digit ID number, his/her data will not be reflected in FRC.

Succession Certificate and Letter of Administration is issued to the successor on behalf of a deceased person that establishes the ownership of legal heirs /successors over the deceased persons movable and immovable property.

Fast track application offers quicker delivery of your SNICOP as it is processed on priority. This option is suitable for the applicants who want to get their SNICOP in earliest possible time. Canadian Visa is not required for a SNICOP application
Your SNICOP will be sent to your home address directly from Pakistan; you will get a text message when your card will be despatched from Pakistan.
All SNICOP applicants, even a day old baby must have to come to NADRA office in person to apply for SNICOP as photo and finger prints are captured during the application processing. All POC applicants are advised to apply POC online at http://id.nadra.gov.pk/pakistan-origin-cardas manual booking of POC has been stopped. NADRA office will not be able to serve the walk-in applicants of POC.
Fee for Nadra is payable via Credit card or Visa Debit only, Consulate Service Charge is payable via Debit card only. All fees are non-refundable.
Any NICOP / SNICOP holder who is not your direct family relative can attest your form.
Applicants do not need to bring any photos or fill any form for SNICOP application. NADRA staff will take your photo and fill the form on their system during application processing.
Yes, disabled access is available in Consulate General of Pakistan Toronto’s premises where NADRA applications are processed.
SNICOP is issued with seven (7) years validity irrespective of age of applicant.
NADRA holders are advised to get their martial status updated on their cards as soon as possible. The marital status on at least one of the parents’ ID Card must have been updated to "married" for child’s application process. NADRA system will not allow the child’s application processing if both parents’ status is mentioned as single/unmarried.
